Spika safe owners tip...

Post by Ariat » 20 Aug 2013, 10:28 am

Quick tip here for anyone with a Spika gun safe.

I picked up my safe a few months ago and the turn handle on it has been pretty stiff, but I've just been living with it.

While having a poke around my LGS the other day I had a play with another Spika safe and found the safe handle was waaay easier to turn than mine, so new something was wrong...

Spoke with Spika about the problem and had one of their guys come out, he applied some grease to the internal lugs and where ever else and now turning the safe handle is silky smooth. Couldn't be easier.

Something for fellow Spika gun safe owners to make a call over if their's is having the same problem.

Oh btw. This is for their proper "safes" with locking bolts and turn handle, not their locker style ones with keys.

I was going to say... I think you need to hit the gym if you can't turn the lock on a gun locker :P
