Anyone know if Labradar Australia still exist??

Went to their website this morning; looks like Labradar Australia and PARD are one and the same.
I went to find some contact info; my LabRadar unit seems to have developed Alzheimer's, and I want advice on repair options.

Link for ordering goes to the PARD website, which refuses access to the site(Not Found/Forbidden).
And I note that the Australian online retailers for LabRadar gear, are nearly all completely out of stock for any items.
There is an email address, so I guess I'll try that, but I wondered if anyone knew if I'm wasting my time?

Anyone know if they are still operating?
I know the parent company for LabRadar is Canadian, and I wonder if various trade restrictions might have caused lack of supply.

I'm starting to wonder if I need to cut my losses, and go look at a different chrono.
[Not that I need to do anything right now, but that makes it a handy time for getting this unit repaired, if thats feasible..]

5 years down the track, and with the wisdom of hindsight, I'm not sure I'll consider the LabRadar a worthwhile purchase.
Might have been great for a club, but I find it hard to navigate menus(dont use it enough, and the menus arent very intuitive), and while the ballistics info has been handy, the unit has been less reliable than my previous optical chronos.

So; anyone heard anything from LabRadar Australia in the recent past?

Garmin seems to be top dog, at the moment. In fact, in some markets, you can hardly give a Labradar away.

Yeah, the past 3-4 years, I've seen a lot of them for sale 2nd hand...
I've been looking at the Garmin, and I think there's another Radar-Type chrono out there as well, these days.
I like the compact size of the Garmins, but I'm still debating whether I'll go the radar path again.

I've no doubt the majority of my problems wouldnt be an issue, IF I was using it frequently.
I know people who bought them for clubs, who love them to bits.
And in that sort of environment (ie regular use from people well versed with them), they likely work well.

But I find the unit itself to be more vulnerable than an optical, the menu system isnt intuitive, and the unit itself isnt as quick and simple(compared to optical) as the blurb suggested at the time.
And the radar itself; while it does work in conditions that might confuse an optical, it has other quirks that can prevent it from recording shots.

I have pulled some very useful data from the LabRadar when it works, but unless it's a cheap repair(suspect unlikely), I expect it will likely go in the bin..
I might also dig out the old Master Chrono, clean the accumulated dust out of it, and see if it's up for a resurrection.
