Froglube

Ok after all the hype iv given Froglube a go and I have to say this product has performed really well!
I stripped my rem 700 down to barrel and action and stripped all the petrochemical lube and heated the barrel action as the instructions states and applied the Froglube , did this process twice as im anal haha

Went out last weekend to put 200 rounds through the gun to see how it responds.
And the vertic is amazing! the bolt is smooth and the cleanup is really easy especially if you clean when the gun is hot after a few rounds
I have a 1 year old son and he plays in the mancave all the time when im cleaning guns and as you all know 1 year old kids put everything in there mouth
so its one less thing I have to worry about as it is food grade

I know this product was made for the American gas gun market but it works really well on any metal surface!

I use a small amount of paste on the bolt lugs as they are a major wear point to keep them wet lubed
Im really happy with this product and don't know if I will go back to petrochemical solvents if this continues to work well

has anyone else had any experience with this product ?

I've got a few sample lube packs a while back, seems like good stuff.

I've just switched to it after reading a really good comparison of a tonne of different comparisons.

Posted about it here earlier - 46 corrosion protection products compared

Link to the full thing there, but frog luge stands up really well.

Proper pictures and detailed testing too, not just some blokes word. :)
