Doing the F dance

Post by Rakk » 29 Dec 2014, 1:12 pm

Feels like I just about lost 3 fingers this morning

Have a heavy safe door and had it open, right hand on the inside of the frame holding on for balance while reaching up for something on the book shelf.

We're cleaning up the joint and the other half is in front of the safe, she bends over to pick something up and bums the door shut onto the fingers.

Let loose an all mighty FFFFFFFFFFFFF... afterwards I can tell you.

I remember slamming the car door in the fingers as a kid and thought that hurt. I'll take that over a ~75kg safe door crunching the digits any time I'll tell you.

I'm feeling it! Nothing hurts quite like crushed fingers and toes. It usually hurts so much you cant even swear!
There's still a few of Wile. E Coyote's ideas that I haven't tried yet.

I put on a performance a few weeks ago after picking up a frying pan that had been in the oven for 2 hours.

I'm quite the dancer apparently.

I would challenge that with standing up into the corner of an open kitchen cabinet and taking the corner in the head.

It's amazing how much protection a little hair offers against that.

My hair usually gets to about an inch then I shave my head. Rinse and repeat.

Bang your head with an inch of hair, ouch. Do it with no hair, jeeeeeezus it hurts
