Storage tip-trays

Post by Oldbloke » 26 Jan 2015, 10:09 am

Others may already be doing this, I don't know. I just used a couple of meat trays you often buy your meat packaged in to help keep my shooting gear neat and tidy on a shelf. I guess they could also be used for plenty of other storage situations. Just thought I would share the idea for other tight arses out there.

I deeply resemble that remark! We're not "tight arses", we're "Repurposing facilitators"!
There's still a few of Wile. E Coyote's ideas that I haven't tried yet.

No trays.

My safe has quite a large ammo compartment... With an annoyingly small door.

Gotta reach in, twist the wrist to add it to the pile. Repeat for every box :problem:

Knocked together a little steel box welded to size by a mate.

Holds 10 boxes perfectly with a padlock on top :)

Nice and light for securing and travel.
