That's just green felt mate, like they put on pool tables minus the cigarette burns and beer stains I had to make patterns of each section and cut it out, the glued in place with wood glue.
Most of the materials came from Bunnings even the brass corner bits that I used to stop the corners getting damaged, also makes it look a nicer.

Sorry mate I meant what did you use to make the shaped recess under the felt, what it's stuck to.
