Just use the key you got with it and hid away somewhere safe incase the battery went flat or you forgot the combination.........admit it, it's in the safe isn't it?

Short term memory loss.... you just need to wait long enough for it to shift into long term memory, then you'll be right :)

Should occur to you in a few days, it's happened to me too with online passwords.

Tip: Use a childhood phone number, postcode or somesuch that is no longer related to you, but still memorised.
For online combo's use a significant word, drop a letter midway and use an old postcode Eg. kan3000aroo

What brand safe is it
Look up the brand Default numbers on the net I bet most people just put in one combination and think ALL done but most safes have 2 person access so you can have 2 passcodes the second is normally left at the manufacturer's default think about it

There certainly wasn't any second code with my lokaway's instructions, (10years old) but searching net I found...http://www.kgbsecurity.com.au/resources ... ctions.php

Mine only have one red light, so probably no second code... but I'll have to double check that on both my safes (each contains the overide key for the other safe too). Pretty useless security wise if there's a second manager code left at default! A good point to check with digital safes.

No not in the safe.

I did the smart thing and hid it somewhere safe. Real safe. So safe I can't remember either
