I donno if this thread has been done yet (most likely has) but what non tactical rifle have you modified to be a lil more tactikool and why? Me I have added a picatinny rail on the underside of my mossberg 802 Plinkster and put a magpul angled foregrip on it. I have also had a foregrip bipod on it as well.

I like the idea of the short section of rail up front, opens up some options for bipods other then the usual Harris varieties. I have hunting rifles and I have tacticool rifles and neither the two do meet.

Yeah i can see your view of keeping the 2 separate. A hunting gun is not a toy and is there to do a job. I highly doubt my plinkster will ever see bush. I like the magpul grip as it'sa comfortable hold for me but that'sa personal opinion. I'm a bit of a gear whore and collected a few bits and bobs while i was a chocco gun number so i like a bit of tactical.
