I've been wanting to do this for a long time now,, just never had the time.
As it is I still took a short cut.
I was going to get the bought one sandblasted, and spray paint it to match the other.
,,,,,,,,,,,,Ran out of time again, and couldn't be bothered with the extra effort involved.
However, I got the two of them lined up and exactly where I want them,,,, and now they are bolted together (from the inside) with eight 3/8 Hi Tensile bolts,
and as well, tiger bolted to the concrete floor
Now they can't fit through any doorway either.
The combined weight (empty) is, 439 kilograms.
Interestingly, the bought one is "fire rated", and when I got to removing the inner side panels I got a surprise.
All that it is,,, is a double layer of 10 mm Gyprock.
Now if I had bought it NEW, and paid extra for the fire rating I would've been really p!ssed to find out that's all it is.
Oh well, I guess it must work,
