I'm not sure exactly what "hunting clothes" are.
I tend to wear military clothing myself - Ebay, Platatac or Soldiershop have a decent selection.

Denim jeans and a camo jacket, vietnam navy seal style

Long story short i personally don't think they give a crap what you look like, being colour blind and all, i usually just wear some comfy pants and a left over aus cam jacket, it's more protection from the weather and environment you want sticks/bushes and stuff

Colour blind just means no colour, they can still differentiate differing shades. They might not see orange as orange, but they can see it is not the same shade as the bush you're standing in front of.

I was thinking more camo gear. Something professional for the enthusiast.

You really need to touch and try these things on. And consider the climate you're a planning to use these things
in. Also, material itself is a bit diseptive. If you're planning to go through shrub quietly, then any of the big shops with a website is your pitstop. All proper 'quiet' fleece, water repelling materials. This goes for both, clothing and bags. If you are not concerned with sound, e.g. don't hunt through dense vegetation, then cheap Chinese website like DealExtreme and Aliexpress are the go. They are pretty high quality in terms of workmanship, but the material is closer to nylon, so you'll hear yourself walking, if you have a backpack or bumbag/webbing on. And not very breathable, if you're going to sweat lots.

Jumper or jacket is usually the best way to start with. Pants, anything durable will do. I have green cheap pants from JustJeans that do just fine. But not very water resistant, so buy 2 pairs ;)

My camo shirt is Ridgeline - Very good quality, fit etc. The only thing I don't like is the 3/4 zip, would prefer button front (old school) and no bloody pockets. Pants are from Rivers - camo and $15 pr. heaps of pockets, wears well.
Try Camping plus - they have a online store and good quality stuff, prices OK.
Cabales (USA) have some great bargains but exchange rates and postage makes it just as cheap to buy local.
Cheers,

Apex hunting in Brisbane are good for hunting clothes and accessories. Good prices and free shipping, get on their email list for sales updates, they have them regularly and you can get some bargains. They stock Aussie made Camo gear Tusx and Kiwi brands Ridgeline and Hunters Element, all good quality stuff.

Before you follow the camo rabbit too far down the hole, remember that movement, sound and smell will give you away long before a poor choice in camo.

Don't forget shape - straight lines and high-contrast edges stand out in the bush.

And the magical effect of staring hard at your quarry...and then they stare straight back at you as if there's a telepathic connection!

Just got back from N.Z. and yes, this bloody smoke is over there too. oh,
The Venison was delightful - Venison steaks (BBQ 2 minutes each side, quiet thick) and served with a Balsamic jus.,Washed down with a Merlot

Interesting discussion re camo clothing, what to wear, what works best and it seems like a new range is to be released shortly and aimed squarely at the Australian market.
the 1st line is "Scorched Earth Brown".
The bottom of pants will be a dark brown with cracks lines, fading up to light brown with a dusty red shirt and dry brown bush around the top and a dry blue to finish.
But my favourite would be "Bush-fire Black".
Pants would be light brown/grey with black trees design going up to the shirt of blackened tree branches, gum leaves with a slight tinge of green. Background of shirt would be blaze orange and black/grey. On back of shirt, a 747 Supertanker, dumping a reddish splash (good safety colour). Oh, Shirt would be buttoned full length, to let the heat out and Aussie cotton of course. :D :)
Price yet to be confirmed.

Hunting clothes = footy shorts, king gee shirt, Kenworth truckie hat, and a pair of Blundstones. Done.

Given the above probably won’t cut the mustard in the southern states during winter. Definitely suitable for the climate up here though eh.

Jeans, boots and a dull shirt is all I wear hunting. Keep it simple. If I'm hunting with others I'll wear my high vis Browning cap for obvious reasons. I always thought it was kind of silly to wear camo gear and anything high vis at the same time.

Hi vis to identify you to friends.

Camo to hide you from game.

You must know about certain animals not seeing colour etc.?

don't forget a face mask and gloves - stops shine from cheeks, forehead etc and as said Patience - Heaps of Patience and no movement.
I'm not too sure about a Hi-Vis vest/shirt, I'd go for that orange stuff.

They may not see colors like us, but they can still discern different shades, a solid patch of "orange grey" will still stand out against a broken up background of "camo grey". But, visually, movement and unaturally straight lines will give you away more than your colouring. Even the lightweight Chinese gilli suits aren't perfect because the fabric doesn't move in a breeze like natural vegetation.
