What's the big tip re inserting ear plugs properly?

Bluetooth? That’s actually a pretty decent feature to have
Bent Arrow wrote:So I bought a pair of impact pro's and they arrived yesterday. I haven't had a chance to test them with 25-06 yet but they look good so far. A bit bulky but I knew that up front and I guess that's how you get such a good noise reduction. They are a lot more comfortable than my Winchester branded ear muffs, and the sound amplification for low level noise is indescribably better. Can't wait to give them a proper work out
RoginaJack wrote:Have you had a talk with a hearing aid specialist? I mentioned the noise from shooting to the shop at the local shopping centre and this was her recommendation. They are "custom made and fit".

Last time I was at the range, my in ear plugs seemed to block the sound OK, but geez they physically hurt my ears after nearly 4 hours of wear, they are slightly too big for my ears I think.
