Old Bloke dug up one of my past posts where I explained what I did in an effort to make the calling and shooting of foxes easier.
He asked if I could put up some pics,, so here they are.
Basically it is a piece of large exhaust tube, (with a spike at one end to hold it all in place) big enough to fit a scotch predator inside so it is protected from sharp teeth, and making it possible to be operated from a distance.
Scotch Predator anchoured at one end with a cable tie (to the cross pin),,,,, and the other end to the fulcrum lever which is spring loaded.
I tie some feathers onto the same lever to also act as a visual attraction.
Using braided fishing line (so it doesn't stretch) also tied to the same lever (a black boot lace just for the pic) is ran out to a hide or whatever,,,,,,,

Once set up, you can operate it from whatever distance you require, so you can remain out of sight while calling, and then take the shot when your ready.

Hope the pics give a good indication of how simple it all is, and when you make one, you keep in mind the copyright/patent ,,,,,,,,

I was thinking it was some kind of masturbating machine till I read the text....pretty sure Old Bloke would also wish it was a wanking machine given the massiveness of his manhood :)

Thought the same thing at first  Then I found myself strangely disappointed :problem: :?

Better build one for the foxes and one for use in the hide, while waiting ;) :wtf:

Hey duncan61, "I'm not getting involved in this one" sounds suspiciously like you don't have time to get involved because you got busy building one as soon as you seen it ? :P :P :P :P :P   :drinks:

Seriously though, bloody nifty invention imo.....

An "Unintended Discharge" is nothing more than the lack of appropriate safety procedures or the failure to follow them..!

Sort of funny how seeing something brings back memories from long ago, I saw your device and immediately recalled the scene in the movie "The Odd Angry Shot" staring Graham Kennedy where they presented the padre with a "Wanking Machine" to which he commented that "it's the best wanking machine I've ever seen". Classic movie of the late 70's and one I enjoyed and I must thank you for triggering a happy memory for me :)

Of course it works, the only difference is, when they come, they come to the caller not you.

Ummm... I think he meant, does it get lots of foxes within the killing field?
