I'm new to reloading just seeing if 222 rem dies are the same as 223.

No, different cartridges.
It _might_ be possible to use .222 dies to load .223 although I haven't tried it myself.
I would recommend just getting the correct dies though.

Yeah . Different mate. Save yourself the grief & pick up a cheap set in whichever one you need . Can be done but for the sake of $50 just get the right ones

Yeah, a set of Lee FLRS dies will set you back about $45 if you shop around.

Different body taper as well as length. Case head the same and same neck diameter, that's it. Get the proper dies.

It's a google image, i dont load 222 but i do load 223 & 222Rimmed.
