Cheapest Gunsafe WA

Hey looking for a big three gun or regular 5 gun safe whats out there? all the gun shops bottom out around the $320 mark, even a second hand safe wouldn't go a stray, just for ammo storage and maybe occasional firearm storage when people are over hunting...

I bought a safe around 30l capacity for $10 of gumtree and i have a big lockable waterproof plano marine container i use for overflow storage and taking to range, I could get by with just the plastic container but then id always be lugging all my ammo around and i dont fancy that.

Makes no sense to me either :-)
I bought a dozen Mars Bars from Ireland, delivered to my door, cheaper than I could get them in town. Hadn't had one for years because they're too sweet, but these Irish ones were lovely :-)

strange isn't it, well a 3 gun safe on eBay for 15 bucks and a 5 gun for 30, no postage, free delivery etc... couldn't see the harm, buyer protection through paypal... so will see what happens

A 3 gun safe is a waste of money. The inside "safe/locker" is just too small, struggle to get a bolt and a box of centerfire ammo in . I would suggest at the very least a 7 or 8 size; gives a better inside safe size.
My 2 cents worth.

thats why its just a dedicated ammo storage box. no interest in it being used to store my rifles, thats what the name brand safes are for. ;)

My point is that a 3 or 5 gun safe won't do both. Either get a gun safe for firearms and/or a safe/metal/plastic container for ammo. :?

average box safe minimum price = $350, and smaller inside than a 3 gun.

so no, box safes re waaaay too expensive for what they are, complete waste of money, buy a smaller gun safe, weld in shelves and bam.

Lay it on its back or bolt it to a wall horizontally and it's quite effective.
I use a cheap 5-gun safe for some of my ammo storage.
It's also easy to throw in the car to secure firearms when travelling.
