I have had these little jobbies recommended as better than patches.
Has anyone tried them, got any pro's and con's?

I use a similar system when shooting long range blackpowder where I have time to wipe between shots. Difference being that they are used with "bore-pigs" and just pushed through once and fall out the muzzle. Meaning that I shoot a "clean" bore every shot. I have a container under the end of my muzzle to catch them and they can be given a quick rinse and used again. Mind you, I use "moose-milk" as a cleaning solution which is just soluble oil and water, so they only need a quick clean up in water and they are good to go again.
As I said, this is for black powder shooting, don't know how they work for cleaning up that new-fangled smokeless stuff. :sarcasm:
