Sounds smart. Maybe train your wife to do it.

Iv'e been wanting an Aldi one for ages, and had heard they are pretty good.
Trouble is like most of you guys,,, can't catch up with one,,,,,,, so I just gave up trying, watching, and asking.
But,,,,,,
I wandered into our local Aldi a fortnight ago, for a few grocery items and BINGO there was one in the glass case.

This was at about 3-30 pm,,,,, and was the one and only that they had. So I bought it.

I'm pretty happy with it cos its pretty accurate so far.
I do not fear death itself... Only its inopportune timing!
I've come to realize that,,,,, the two most loving, loyal, and trustworthy females in my entire life were both canines.

I,m only just about to upgrade my aldi meat grinder now after years of service stix
IMO as a mincer they work well but as a sausage maker they are not quite up to it and you would be better with a stuffer

ebay sells them
I have had mine for years now and paid $120 delivered they are a bit more expensive now $160, but they work,
you can get cheaper stuffers but I cant say how good they are
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/5L-Vertical- ... ctupt=true

the mincer I am going for is this one, only because of the volume it will do, I make a heap of mince and want to spend more time shooting than mincing
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1-2HP-Commer ... 1438.l2649

it saves the family budget so much by having these things, in my family these things are not just a novelty item, happy wife happy life and "the freezer is getting low you better go get some meat"
ohhh if I have to

I have to say that the aldi mincer has done a great job for me, the only thing is that it did not like was mincing pork fat for the snag's :drinks:

Good stuff marksman...

You've made it clear im approaching this from the wrong angle...

Think im better suited to build a room on your house & relocate...

So, for the sake of a smooth & painless transition for all, what chocolate, wine & flowers does she like... :unknown:

she just had a look and cracked up laughing,
she said to say she does not drink or like flowers and wants to know why you want to get her fat from eating chocolate  :wtf:

Ah thats a classic...!!

She's already hounding me about her hips & i havnt even got in the door yet...!!!... ...

I can see ill have to play this lovely lady of yours with a bit of charm & stealth... 8-)

Im glad she hates flowers, cos i normslly refuse to buy them (although i was willing to make one exception for the sake of keeping her happy, to keep you happy... :D ...)

Ill still bring some roses from my garden though..!!...women are a sucker for flowers out of a bachelor's garden... :D

She wouldnt notice getting fat eating chocolate from me....cos .i melt down some nice dark choc & smear a thin layer over one side of segments of a nice juicy healthy riverland orange... ... (again, another subtle little slide of charm to keep her happy, to keep you happy, that will keep me happy... 8-) )

And if i did hear comments of the odd bit of clothing did appear to 'shrink' a little around her waist, id tell her that the slight extra curve actially made her look slimmer & more beautiful, & that you were shooting fatty deer & slipping a bit of extra pork fat in the stuffer...

Then i would back off the choc orange for a while & tell her ill make sure the next few deer you shoot are skinny ones.. :)

See...so like you say, if you have a happy wife, we could both have a happy life...

As for not drinking, that can only be a good influence for me...
