Which state forest nundle or piligia ?

Hello gents,

Should I got nundle or piligia state forest for my first multi day trip.

What are the roads like in the state forest ? 4x4 or would 4x2 ute work?

Good spots to camp?

Abundance of animals.

Hit some far north coast stuff but have been duds.

Harvest eport shows basically those forests are lit up with feral pests

Would recommended going in alone in 4x2 ute ?

Anybody know any good far north coast forests for day trips?

Both can be good. Nundle can get more popular, some might say crowded, especially during the rut for deer. Can run short on campsite bookings. Pigs can be great in both. How do you like/tolerate hot weather? Pilliga can/will be bloody hot from October onwards. Neither any fun when wet. Pub is better/closer in nundle
