Can anyone recommend a good gun dog trainer around Melbourne?

I’m just beginning my duck hunting journey and was hoping to train my 18 month old golden retriever (if he’s not considered too old). I’m okay with basic commands (e.g., sit and recall) but need help with building retrieval drive, steadiness and introducing gunfire.

Any help would be much appreciated.
