After I got my Rottie just the exercise of walking her to the park once or sometimes twice a day, and an 2-3 hours a week walking around training, I lost 8kg over a couple of months.
No other changes in lifestyle, just that little bit of walking.

Things like: improved breathing, increased breathing, heavy breathing etc
