Even those electric chicken plucker machines don't get everything off. Skinning is a lot easier and less frustrating.

never got a bag full but half way through the first one it was just breast em,,,which ,as im a breast man, was good for me

I don't do ducks, but with birds I run a knife down each side of the breast bone and just take the breast steaks.
