Hello fellow hunters :D

I'm arguing with the missus over the choice cut of meat, help me settle it!

If you had to have 1 cut of meat forever! What would it be?

She says fillet but I reckon that's because they just sell it for the most $$$$$

I say a good roast leg!

C'mon, you could cook a leather boot for 8 hrs too!!

Theres a right way too cook all types of meat, I couldnt live on only one, for example a real Wagyu fillet is very rich, like Salmon, its niiiiice but theres a limit (at least for me!) to how much you can eat....The price tag also help limit consumption.

Eye fillet.
Big juicey T-bone
Chicken thighs (not breast fillet, no taste)
Any goat, lamb, pig, rabbit, hare....

If choosing only one it would be animal sourced meat!

I'm hungry.

If you understand where your cuts of meat come from, you would know scotch fillet is a hard working muscle, eye fillet on the other hand does no work, so it is far more tender.

I'll just stick with koala the same we always have :)

Koala is actually Aboriginal for "good food" or something like that(I was told but may be wrong).

Correct me if I am wrong please someone.
