I worked with this chinese guy, young 'engineer' He knew I liked shooting and hunting, I asked him if pandas could be hunted over there... he damn well almost fell over in shock

In 1984 we had a young engineer from Sri Lanka keen to shoot a roo, all we have are wallaby but that didn't stop him from driving until he got to the bush and shooting one within a week of arriving.

He went on and on for days about how easy they were to stalk and shoot. When he was finally asked where he shot it and he said he shot it when he got out of his car we twigged, he had gone and parked in the carpark of the local National Park reserve and the poor thing was loping up to the car for a hand feed.

Lucky there was no one else around at the time.
