Shooting is good for the gut

Post by Swarm » 20 Feb 2015, 8:41 am

I've had to put shooting on hold for a while for due to some other priorities but have been back in action for a few weeks now.

3 weeks, and 3kg lost just from the extra activity it gets me doing.

The Greens promote health right? I've got the answer for them :P

I'd lost a bit down to the septic tank after eating at an Indian restaurant.

Really doesn't take much of a change to improve your health in that regard.

I'm just an average size guy, good diet mostly but previously did no exercise, inactive at work too.

After I got my dog just the exercise of walking her to the park once or sometimes twice a day, and an 2-3 hours a week walking around training, I lost 8kg over a couple of months.

No other changes in lifestyle, just that little bit of walking.

Tradies are the worst for it. Living out of the tuck-shop Bain-marie most of the time.

Get a salad instead of a pie a couple of times a week

you must have been breathing more.
apparently the primary majority process behind loosing weight is "breathing"

Things like: improved breathing, increased breathing, heavy breathing etc

Probably...

I can tell ya... I take her for a ride on the bike some mornings and I'm heaving like a mad-man after 15 minutes.

Walking might take a few kg off but seems to do bugger all for your cardio

I ride quite a bit for exercise and transport.

If you stick with it you'll be surprised how quickly you gain stamina. Do it every day for just a week and you'll be able to do double the next.

I am improving, that's clear.

I'm definitely not what you'd call an exercise junkie though
