Case of the flinchies

Post by RDobber » 09 Mar 2015, 11:21 am

Funny thing....

Been shooting my .300wm for years, well over the initial flinch and recoil stage blah blah blah.

Yesterday for some reason lined up a shot and instead of pulling the trigger screwed my face up and hesitated in anticipation of the shot.

No idea why :unknown: Rest of the day was fine too.

Funny... I guess it's never fully100% gone. That last 0.01% hesitation lurking there somewhere.

You need something with more bang than the 3hungie..that would fix your flinch on it!! ... but it certainly is a special round, maybe its just me but the 375H&H doesnt seem as savage as the original short mag 300....

Maybe you hadnt shot it for a while??

I do it everyone once in a while too.

Dunno why :unknown:

Just shake it off and keep going though, back to norm easily enough

A 338 is a bit big for crabs don't you think?
