Website says 15.5oz so that's a touch under half a kilo I think.

This is something I've been thinking of doing with my Cooey Ace-1, make an aluminium stock for it to make it lighter and smaller when it's disassembled.
Does anybody know what the rues are around folding rifles? I know about the 750mm overall length, but clearly a folding rifle is much shorter than that. I was thinking that if I made a folding stock that concealed the action and trigger (it already has a folding trigger) so it couldn't be operated while folded that that would likely be okay. Currently I just remove the single captive action screw to separate the action and stock.

The only drawback is the price tag, around $350 would be acceptable but at $895 it's just not worth it. Chiappa X-Caliber is a very good option being a 12ga / 22LR combo and there's a set of 8 barrel inserts that adds 10 more calibers.

Doesn't seem like much chop though, especially at a grand for the rifle and another grand for the eight inserts.

Essentially what I do with my muzzleloader. One barrel gets ball, the other gets shot.

I wonder if they do a 303 one

How much does an old .303 barrel cost?
Just machine it to fit the shotgun barrel.
