Awful taxidermy jobs

Post by Heckler303 » 08 Jun 2017, 3:30 pm

After visiting a couple of places with god awful taxidermy jobs, I was interested to know if there was a phenomenon on the internet about really badly stuffed animals. Sure enough, there was plentiful search results just from a good google search. Some of them are downright hideous. I think these would have been better off be left as compost than spend 200 bucks for something that looks like it crawled out of a Steven King novel. Please, if you're trying to work on your own taxidermy, at least wait until they're good until you try to show them off.

I think this is why it is illegal to sell taxidermy unless you are licenced and trained! (well, also to trace legitimate origin to stop poaching for profit)

One thing's for sure, those examples are well and truly STUFFED! :D

I think the last one has a bit of history to it... Need to confirm, if that's what I think it is.

Edit.
Yep.

Hahahaha jesus these are hilarious, I have a taxidermed fawn but it’s beautiful, nothing like these monsters, it’s about 30 years old (5 years older than me!) and still looks great!
