Interesting vid on head shots and thrashing

Game hunting and large prey. Deer stalking, hunting with hounds. Boar, pigs etc., large prey, culling, hunting large feral animals.

Unsure if this has been posted before, but a scientific explanation on the thrashing that results from a head shot on a small animal.

That was phenominally interesting Mate, thanks.
I had noticed these effects many times in the past, but never really stopped to analyze it like the video did.

It makes sense what they said,,,,, just like the saying goes; "running around like a chook with it's head chopped off"

That was an interesting bit of info, indeed. Now i can stop putting follow up rounds into pest animals when i brain them. As they say in the video, it's hard to disconnect that automic movement from life and pain but with a bullet in the brain you can be pretty sure it is dead.
