Looks like Cleanaway as put an end to the club.

Dear Members,
We need to update you on a significant development regarding both club's current operation.
Regardless of Cleanaway staff verbally offering an extension of our current lease of at least two years, approximately 6 weeks ago we received a written notice to vacate on 1/3/25. Since then, detailed discussions have taken place culminating in a meeting on 25/2/25 with Cleanaway representatives at their city offices.
After extensive discussions with Cleanaway, it is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that we will need to vacate our current premises. Despite our best efforts and willingness to adapt to various conditions – including switching to non-lead shot and proposing a comprehensive lead remediation plan – we have been unable to secure a continuation of our lease past 1 March 2025.
While we have strived to comply with all requirements and explored every possible avenue to resolve these issues, the decision was ultimately out of our hands.
As it currently stands, our last day of shooting at the current location will be on Friday, February 28.
The committee has been exploring alternative locations to ensure that our club activities can continue as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition period. Further details will be shared as they become available.
You are all still financial members of your respective clubs and peak bodies.
Thank you for your continued support and kindness during these challenging times. We are committed to keeping our community together and finding a new home for SICTA where we can continue to share our passion for clay target shooting.
