Target frame rules at SSAA Eagle Range

Haven't been on here in a long time!

I'm heading to Eagle Park range on Friday, probably been 10 years since I was there last.

I have been double checking the rules, which leaves me wondering about the rule on thickness of target frames.

I can't call and ask as we will already be on our way there when it opens.

They mention steel bar up to 10mm in diameter. (Not up to and including)

My existing stakes I use to hang my steel targets are 10mm round and square mild steel bar.

Does anyone know if that's allowed?

Don't really want to fabricate a smaller set if possible.
