At SSAA Belmont there are 3 sessions per day (Fri, Sat Sun), starting at 08:00, 11:00 and 14:00
Each session has a 30 minute sign on and set up period so shooting starts at 08:30, 11:30 and 14:30
Shooting runs for 45 minutes, then there is a 15 minute break for target checks etc. followed by another 45 minute shooting session.
Sessions end at 10:15, 13:15 and 15:15 at which point shooters have 15 minutes to GTFO and ROs have 45 minutes to disinfect before the next sign-on starts.

No idea about Ripley

I went this Monday to Belmont and the timeslot that I was in was from 1pm-4pm, however that slot allowed for people to use muzzlebreaks so it might not be for everyone.
I just wanted something here...

Monday at SSAA Belmont has one afternoon session only, there's also a single seniors only session on Thursday afternoon, timings are different for those but I haven't been on those days.

Hoping they start up the pistol range competitions soon, lots of those were in the evenings so should have plenty of capacity.

Ripley is 2 hour windows, less regimented and pretty fluid. Arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before hand, can normally setup then if benches are available.
