Two 1000yd records set with Berger bullets.
2.6566" for 10rds - and a 100-10X score!.

Wow I was happy with a group that size at 500 on Thursday. But 1000 yds is amazing

I think it is more of a US record than a world record. The US is very prone to proclaiming world championships status for many sports in which only they compete in.

Do you mean somebody elsewhere has shot 100-10X at 1000 yards? Has somebody shot a smaller group at 1000 yards?

I did do a quick Google, and did find significantly smaller 1000 yard groups, but of only five rounds.

I know in Australia that in the most common sport that shoots 1000 yards that they dont even record group size and our method of scoring is different. We do not use a 10 ring instead we use a center ring that has a 6 score. the 6 ring is smaller than the US 10 ring.

Yes it's 60.10 in Australian F-class. They are quite rare, I think there was only one or two across the most recent three-day NSWRA Queens. A lot harder than it looks.
