3 Gun Recomendations

Post by K9Lab » 07 Aug 2023, 5:58 pm

Hey there,

I'd like to get into 3 gun comps.
Currently just have a lever action 22 and a 22mag. Have recently got my cat H license too.
Looking for recommendations for "best" or "best bang for buck" center fire, shotgun, and pistol.
Would also love it if the center fire and shotgun were usable/good for hunting.

Thanks for any recommendations, much appreciated :)

Do they do 3-Gun here in Oz?
If I were going to do it here in Oz, I'd go with a CZ75/85 clone in 9mm, a straight-pull gun of some kind with detachable mags, and a bolt-action detachable-mag rifle, probably in .223 unless there's a score advantage to using .308. A lever-action rifle and gun would be good choices too.
