Eagle Park SSAA range Sunday 16th aug

Going there for first time tomorrow am for some load development, mostly cast bullets.

I will have a few fun bits and my chronograph if you are planning to go.

Is there something about needing to buy target stands from them?

They cost 15, you can keep them but you get 10 when/if you return it in one piece at a time of your choosing. It's a good range hope you enjoy it :)

* you don't need to buy a target from them if you have something else suitable that's been passed by the RO heaps of blokes make up all sorts of cool contraptions

You've probably seen yourself by now but there target stands aren't much.

A few lengths of thin steel bar with a few small welds. Lucky if they stand up to a single hit from anything then they're useless.

Get yourself a couple of star pickets from Bunnings to hammer into the ground and the side of a cardboard box. Stick the targets to the box and stick it between the hammered in pickets.

Lasts 100x longer.
