trying to find a wa rifle club

Hi there

I know i posted a similar post a few months back.

need some suggestions on a rifle club that i can shot laying down and bench rest and also practical rifle.
also need it to be 338 lapua magnum friendly.
and hopefully out to 1000m

am happy to travel as i need to get out more, and want to join the sport and shot competition.
any recommendations welcome

No sure what ranges you have over there. I think you may be hard pressed to find a range with those specs. You can try the WARA but most ranges I think would have a 8mm limit. It may be flexible on club practice days in the country clubs. You other option is ranges run by the SSAA these normally are only out to 300yrds and may also have calibre restrictions.

WARA have a 1K range at Pinjar. about 45 north of perth.
only open for a year or two.
probably the best facilities in WA

cheers for that have heard a few good things about pinjar, do you know how to get in contact with a club that shoots there ? as i cant find any details on it.

There aren't too many clubs around for 1k but if your south of Perth there is the Yarloop range which was fully electronic targets until that 2016 fire that went through there and burnt it all down.
