I know some people in Europe who own one and I've shot them a few times.
Low recoil, faster and flatter than a 6.5 Creedmoor. However I'm meh about it. The increase in speed comes with reduced barrel life and a requirement to handload as there is no cheap factory ammunition. It is still only a 6.5mm bullet, so it is still hard to spot your impacts at long range.
It is popular in Europe as it is fast, but still falls below the high muzzle energy limit which means standard range procedures, unlike if you were to pull out a 300 PRC where you would be into high muzzle energy range procedures.
If you don't have the muzzle energy consideration, I'd just buy a 6.5CM (cheaper) or a 7 PRC or a 300 PRC (bigger).
