Looking at a nice straight pull... and have narrowed it down to a handful... would appreciate some users experience and insight on any of these, and the pros and cons of them..

I have the browning maral 308 Don’t use it. Pumps and levers are faster

Believe the Maral has the assisted release???... surely that would help with some quick follow up shots?

Yes it has a spring but taking hand away from trigger to operate and then finding your grip again is too slow

Was that the Beretta that the caveman chose to use at Bondi?
If that neanderthal had a pump rifle with big mags... thank goodness he didn't.

Yes it was.

Speaking of Bondi its so weird how it has disappeared from the news cycle very quickly. Port Arthur they never shut up about for years but Bondi seems quiet.

Oh, of course mate. It's because everyone looking on that has an IQ over 75 starts imagining the labor incompetents of Minns and Albanese and Bourka Burke swinging from the political gallows.
Because they are DESPERATE for this to go away and the blame be put on the public - because the blood is on their hands and they are not men enough to ever admit it.
Sssshhhh... Don't bring it up anymore. The Labor infiltrators here will start up again and blame us all for daring to notice.
