Unknowns aside, half MOA at 800m is roughly 4.5 inchs.
That should give you 2 MOA of error for a kill zone of around 6-7 inches.

Of course, a half MOA rifle is gonna cost you $$$ but I understand the OPs goals.

As others have stated, far cheaper to get in closer or far easier to wait for prey to come to you.

I wish I could shoot a four inch group at 800 metres from a field position with no wind flags. A lot of times I am very happy with a three inch group at 500 from the bench with a sea of wind flags with a rifle that shoots in the 0.2s at 100.
