After a bit of a chat with the salesman and discussing what ill be doing with the rifle (100m - 200m target) and the fact my 14 year old daughter will be using it also he talked me into buying a Howa 1500 .223. Loved the way it shouldered and the bolt felt a lot smoother to operate etc so now i'm just having to wait for the PTAs to come back and i can bring it home. I already have a .22 Marlin XT22SR at another shop waiting for a PTA also so hopefully my safe starts filling up soon.
