Yeah. Bought it, didn't get to use it much then it got recalled. I got sick of waiting (and I got made a bunch of promises that never came true) so I looked up what Australian Consumer Law says, and basically a major defect that can't be repaired in a reasonable time is grounds for a refund.
People wouldn't tolerate their new Holden being taken off them for months, and I don't see why Lithgow is any different.
