Folks,
A few more of the Alexander Henry.
Best guess is this one would be .577-450 (based on date of manufacture), but until I cast the chamber, I wont know for sure.
I'll work out some of the better pics of the Snider later today. It's not in as good shape as this Henry, but likely still worth restoring.

- This pic shows the action closed and hammer back at full-cock. One of the pics I posted last night shows the action open, only I'd forgotten to pull it open enough to have the extractor operate. (Extractor did work, just forgot when I was taking pics).

- This shows the rather unusual lever setup; kinda reminds you of a Ruger Number 1... After looking at these pics, I find there are at least 2 sets of numbers that I wasnt aware of (one on the arm that connects the drop-block), and one on the inside front of the trigger guard.

- Looks to be the number '32' stamped after one set of crossed scepters, and then another set of crossed scepters, with extra stuff. I'll have to dig out some of my proof mark info to see what each means.
