It looks like one of late 80's imports by Graeme Spraggon.
They were decent rifles, as I know from experience. When Fullers acquired the agency they 'cheapend' them considerably, as I also know from experience.
The Zeiss scope looks a little bulky for what is a very trim and compact rifle.
If you like the scope keep it but I would advise discarding the Weaver style rings and the alloy base, which sometimes are the source of inexplicable accuracy issues, and switch to a rigid all steel setup like Hillver (Lynx) base and rings.
A rigid attachment does wonders for the accuracy 'life' of the scope.
