Not designed for 308 Winchester pressures as I recall, only 7.62 NATO.

how does the cetme bayonet fit?
isnt the "gastube" looking thing a bayonet

the tip of the "gastube" is the base for the bayonet, it goes into the socket on the end of the bayonet handle

pretty sure the tube is for a cleaning rod ect :unknown: (gastube)

clean the stock boiling water to restore the light scratches and remove the old crappy diy paint...

looks good same bayonet as the cetme
forgive me but what function does the gas tube do... i thought it was a spike bayonet or a cleaning kit or something?

very cool little carbine be a fun plinking gun

I researched it further and it appears it's the FR-7 that folks might want to watch as those are based on older 1893 actions.
