I didn't film these for public consumption, so you'll have to skip the bits where I walk up to the targets.
Because I used the MTM stand I can only guess I was zeroing or load testing at the time, it was May/June 2018.

I have a few of mates shooting Garands, AUGs and L1A1s in NZ before they were banned in 2019.

Yep, cold alright, especially when the wind comes howling over the hill.
At least today was decent, and dry.

I should get around to fixing my old phone so I can get the footage I have from my mates in the land of the 2nd amendment, one of them has an extensive milsurp collection and I think you would love it Bladeracer.

cheers for the share I particularly liked the Enfield as my grandfathers both had one, and the Mauser as my uncle used to collect them.

cheers.

But I won't post the videos of the last day before semi-autos were banned in NZ.
Some serious mag dumping and barrel melting went on.
I even did a few dual wielding AR15 mag dumps.
Shhhhhh.....

Not really into modern stuff, but I do love bullpup designs.

Always good to shoot a rifle with some serious military nostalgia but there is nothing better than a full auto scar 17 or a hk 416.

Closest I got to that level of European quality was some fairly rapid semi auto fire in my Schmeisser AR15 just before it was banned.

It's been 25 years since the ban is time to trust adults to act responsibly again. Even the conservative sky news pushed gun control advocates as experts in the field in recent interviews.
The 416 is like a laser beam but the scar H is like wrestling an angry hog and everyone should get the chance to experience it.
