BRNO ZKK601 TRIGGER

Post by ToyotaBoy » 16 Sep 2021, 3:02 pm

Heya guys & gal's

I have a BRNO ZKK601 in .222 cal made in 1967. I've just found out that I can replace the set trigger with the standard curve trigger.
I've sourced a trigger from https://americanhuntingrifles.com/produ ... /.....does anyone know if there will be any problems in shipping it to Australia?

Is there any other parts required to swap the triggers?

Can a gunsmith swap the triggers for me?
Cheers

You will require a B709 import permit, and a seller willing to ship here, and there are likely export fees.
Or see if Bruce can get it through Brownells.com.au

I’ve got one as well, 66 model. The standard curved trigger well set up is much nicer. The original pack with the gun included a little cloth bag with a spare trigger and a little tool to change them over. It’s a simple home job.but you may need a gunsmith to lighten it, as there is no adjustment.
