One of the benefits I noticed with Moly coated bullets is less fouling of any kind and no burnt or unburnt powder laying in the barrel . I have fired up to 250 to 300 shots without the need to clean and no major accuracy loss using pure moly coated bullets .
Never used black powder but I reckon it will help a lot at reducing fouling . You don't use wax on the bullets though that's just another fouler . There is a special way to coat them that does not require wax .
