yes, when I got it, the bluing on the receiver and barrel worn a lot, lucky the cold blue gel works good on this steel

nothing special, just clean, apply and oil, some metal's really good, some not

I did find a way to fix the stock imperfection using super glue and sawdust

That's an interesting idea.
I have repaired a few stock dings using brown sealing wax. Come up ok.

I've heard that applying cold blue to a "hottish" barrel works really well.

Yes sometimes I use the heat gun to heat up the metal it helps

I had one of those way back but it was one of the guns I sold with all my stuff to get a deposit for a house .
That is looking pretty good to me nice job . I wish I still had it . I took out quite a few pigs with it .
