Rate of twist Rossi m92?

Post by andym79 » 17 Aug 2014, 4:46 pm

Hi does anyone know what rate of twist is in the current production Rossi M92 in 44mag is?

It doesn't state on their website and third party sources are conflicting.

I hope it is like the current Winchester M92 rather than the Marlin rate of twist.

The Winchester is 1:26" the Marlin is 1:38", Rossi do not state on their website. The Marlin is too slow to stabilise the big bullets!

I believe all the Rossi's are: 1:30 twist except for the 30-30 which is 1:12.
