Lever action 223, how about the Browning BLR?

Lever action 223, how about the Browning BLR?

I'm keen on getting a lever action for some fun.

Just plinking and target shooting, not hunting so don't need a big calibre or anything. .223 will do the job I'm sure.

What does everything think of the Browning BLR.

Keen on either the 1 piece or take-down model depending on peoples feedback.

Gotta love the take downs.

I'd want to do a violin case for carrying it if I had one

The police may mistakenly think the same thing. Expect some uncomfortable questions
What is this "too many rifles" you speak of?

The take downs are good if you really need the space.

Otherwise I'd just get a 1 piece. BLR is a solid modern lever action though.

BLR is on my to-buy list for some point.

Just can't make my mind up about calibre
