The MPR stands for Multi Purpose Rifle, you might have seen a BR which is the same 64 Barreled action with a wider stock.

"Targets" are normally built on the 54 action on adjustable aluminimum stocks, most people ask "what the **** is THAT" when they first see one.

Big bucks and you'd want to be real serious about target shooting to go the whole hog.
