Shooting in Bali

Post by Mark.A » 24 Jan 2015, 8:25 pm

Just a question, Going to bali on Monday for two weeks, by myself... and since I am going to be spending a lot of time, well staring at the scenary, avoiding the night butterflys and the drunkards.. I was thinking does anyone know of any good spots to go shooting... May as well send some rounds downrange in another country.. Did a google, and nothing seems to come up except for an indoor range in Kuta (I think it was)

Any thoughts all?
And thats the way it is..

Shooting drug dealers on beaches is apparently popular at the moment... :D

Not sure about civilian firearm ownership in Bali, I'll ask an Indonesian mate in the morning and get back to you.

I think over there, THEY like to have all the guns.
If it's not wood and blued steel, it's not one of mine

When I went they were advertised in a bunch of places and brochures on stands outside tourist places and everywhere.

I didn't actually go, don't remember the range name but pretty sure it was more than one indoor range being advertised.

Shouldn't be hard to find one. Not like you need to book ahead.

Ernest Hemingway.

"There is no hunting like the hunting of man, and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never care for anything else thereafter."

I can't understand how these idiots are still trying to traffic drugs in Bali.

Might as well shoot yourself and skip the time in jail.

There are figures on private gun ownership in Bali so it's there.

Dunno any more than that though, just found it from a little Googling.
